Brief History on Founder and Company
Frisko Clothing has been around since 2005. Khalid Chambliss which at the time was only 13 years old had a love for fashion.Khalid first started out with simple bandana threads, sewing them on to T-shirt corners. Khalid's allowance was only $10 a week and with his money Khalid would buy Fabric Glue, Paint, And 3 Tshirts from a thrift store from in Plainfield. He started designing Clothes and he names his Company "FrISkO". Khalid's t-shirts at the time ran for about $10 a shirt. Khalid's mother even signed him up in business program at "NJIT" called NFTE. Where khalid had to come up with a Strategic Business Plan and had to present it to The VP of Bank Of America and who ever had the best would win a $500 Bank Of America gift card. Khalid Presented his Business Plan in a American Flag Shirt from which he made specialy for the Presentation. Although that was a very strategic move, it didnt land Khalid first place. Luckly the VP of Bank of America wanted Khalid to design t-shirts for the staff when they have their Bank of America day. The Elephant was his Aunt who had passed favorite animal so as a honor of her his logo is a Pink Elephant. Now at 18 Khalid now a Music Mogul and Clothing designer is still on the Move.
